Time to get your play on!
We are proud to partner with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) and parks & recreation organizations across Pennsylvania and the country to celebrate Park & Recreation Month. We challenge YOU to get your play on at your local Pennsylvania parks and recreation facility throughout the month. Weather it’s exploring a trail, picnicking with friends, visiting a community pool, or joining a summer camp or sports league. Play is an essential part of our mental well-being, physical health and personal interactions – for both children and adults.
Join in on the fun and discover the power of play and adventure at one of PA’s many parks and recreation facilities! Below are some July events happening across the Commonwealth. If you don’t see any events near you, check with your local parks and recreation department.
